It is a privilege for me to participate in the work of the Regional Seminar on New Electronic Teaching Technologies for the Benefit of Science Teachers that has been currently conducted in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. The seminar started its work at the Ministry of Education of RT on May 14, 2007 and it is now continued at the new Library of the Tajik State University of Commerce.
This event has been jointly organized by the ISESCO and the Ministry of Education of RT. Taking the advantages of this opportunity I would like to thank the organizers, particularly Dr. Attaran, Mr. Mahmud Amoni Tehroni, Mr. Mohammad Reza Sadri, Mr Muhammad Rahim Dostzada, and Mr. Humayun Mazhar Sheikh.
